Per the customer supplied 2D CAD drawing(like PDF, dwg. format) and 3D model(like IGS, STP format), we engineered the fabrication utilizing our state of the art equipment. Various data of shapes and sizes entered into our laser cutting machine in the beginning.
Made of different materials and formed on equipment. Our extensive forming capabilities produced panels, brackets and other parts that were used in assembly. These components were welded together and several PEM nuts were inserted to complete the fabrication process.
A zinc electroplated coating(different surface treatments based on requirements, like aluminum with anodizing, steel with powder coating, stainless steel with polishing) was applied per client’s demand, which increased corrosion resistance and provided a uniform finish, also with beautiful appearance.
